Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Project Cost Performance Specialist to consolidate forecasted total production cost (TPC) and challenge projects to achieve their targets. You will work across cross-functional teams, align with DTPC/VT methodologies, and support decision-making through data-driven分析 in an automotive context.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Accounting/Finance/Business.
• Minimum 5 years of relative professional experience.
• Powertrain/Vehicle Cost experience and familiarity with finance concepts.
• Well-organized with ability to establish priorities and support other needs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present ideas to management.
• Familiar with automotive technology and production processes.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Able to manipulate and analyze large data sets and IT systems (WebCN C2PC, Fastcar, Product Cost Study, Qlik)

Responsibilities

• Forecast Total Production Cost consolidation (TPC) from intention milestone to SOP.
• Ensure TPC consistency with project evolution.
• Assess TPC during the advance phase based on inputs (VBOM, scope sheet).
• Cross-pollinate data from other projects (recovery plans, comparisons).
• Lead entry into CTPC for projects and track serial life TPC against trends.
• Support Design to Cost processes in advanced and development phases.
• Assist ECAP in Vehicle Target setting by 5ths and push action with stakeholders.
• Align TPC/VT methodologies with profitability and accounting standards.
