Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years of cost control or financial analysis experience.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting standards.
  • Experience with design and/or construction accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Proven expertise in labor and cost planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with cost control policies and internal processes; risk-based oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project labor and expense plans.
  • Forecast costs using accounting and project management tools.
  • Process project and client billings with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct financial reviews of assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with cost control team, Project Directors/Managers, and field staff to ensure policy alignment.
