Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience with contract coordination, drafting agreements and amendments, and project financial tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong proofreading and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and planning support to Project Managers on multiple projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Coordinate and draft project agreements, task orders, amendments, and subconsultant agreements.
• Assist project managers with preparing project documents, QA/QC compliance, reporting, and records management.
• Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint and other tools for project setup, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking.
• Assist with project invoicing activities, billing documentation, and issue resolution.
• Organize agendas, minutes, and materials for effective meetings; coordinate meetings and travel as needed.
