Job summary

Diversified Conveyors International (DCI) in Memphis, TN is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to project teams, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and cost control.

You will liaise with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments, coordinating documentation, procurement, scheduling, reporting, and project controls throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; two+ years in project coordination or related industry.
• Experience supporting multiple projects in deadline-driven environments.
• Experience in EPC, industrial construction, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project documentation (contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders).
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Monitor procurement activities, purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor documentation.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Support budgeting, cost reporting, and invoicing accuracy.
• Maintain quality and safety documentation and assist audits and reports.
