Job summary

Zachry is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, scheduling, and change management across complex projects. You will provide accurate forecasts, measurements, and reports to support executive decisions and contract compliance.

You will oversee planning, cost control, scheduling, and RBPs/SOPs, coach project teams, and ensure consistency of corporate processes and systems while maintaining safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent OR 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field with 8+ years industry experience.
• Over 3-5 years of project controls leadership experience.
• 8-10+ years of project controls experience in engineering, procurement, or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning, Cost, Scheduling, and Change Management teams and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Manage staffing, performance reviews, talent planning, and employee development.
• Ensure accurate project progress measurement, earned value tracking, and cost code time- charging.
• Produce and review weekly/monthly internal and external reporting and present at reviews.
