Job summary

Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation is seeking a seasoned project leader to direct complex programs from planning through execution at our Nashville HQ. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure delivery against milestones, and uphold governance across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong program management capabilities, a track record in both Agile and Waterfall approaches, and leadership that fosters accountability and continuous improvement.

The Role:

• Manages the planning, organization and implementation of complex programs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team.
• Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
• Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.
• Preparing and presenting program level reporting for upper management.

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.

Compensation & Benefits:

Summary Pay Range: $118,860.00 - $190,176.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.

Additional Information:

• Onsite, 5 days per week based at the Cat Financial head office in Nashville, TN.

This position requires working onsite five days a week. Relocation is available for this position. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
