The W.K. Kellogg Foundation is seeking a Program Specialist for Latin America and the Caribbean to support grantees and programming staff, ensuring timely processing of proposals, budgets and compliance.

The role involves coordination across teams, and building relationships with partners in the region. The candidate should bring strong administrative experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex grantmaking systems like Encompass and SAP.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years admin/management experience, or high school with 5+ years in similar roles.
• Excellent verbal, written and oral communication in English and Haitian Creole; French/Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to grantees about foundation grantmaking goals and objectives.
• Monitor grant proposals, budgets and funding documents; prepare/edit funding materials.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel and reporting with program staff and grantees.
