Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a university environment.
• Knowledge in entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem.
• Knowledge in marketing, branding and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with professors, students, government agencies and international organizations is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the business development initiatives for MSc TIP and FM TIP.
• Oversee marketing and recruitment activities and programme publicity.
• Plan outreach locally and overseas and coordinate roadshows and info sessions.
• Manage student engagement, alumni relations and administrative support.
• Oversee experiential learning activities such as company visits and venture internships.
• Plan and monitor the operating budget and grant management for the programmes.
