Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sales Program Manager & Executive Assistant to lead a portfolio of strategic projects and support the Chief Commercial Officer. You will partner with the Management team to identify initiatives, translate them into roadmaps with milestones and KPIs, and help shape strategic decisions.

This role also provides executive support to NORAM Sales Management, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and reporting on program progress and ROI.

Qualifications

• College degree.
• 2-3 years’ work experience in managing strategic projects.
• Experience leading project teams in the development and implementation of strategic projects.
• 25%-35% travel required.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Must be located in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic projects and programs.
• Partner with the Management team to identify, scope, and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals for both short to medium term agendas.
• Translate objectives into clearly defined project roadmaps with milestones, KPIs and success criteria.
• Act as a thought partner for senior leadership on transformation, growth and operational opportunities.
• Support and advise the CCO in shaping strategic decisions with key analyses.
• Coordinate all logistics and administrative requirements to enable NORAM Sales Management sessions.
