Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to join the Strategic Operations and Transformation Office (SOTO) within OMX.

You will partner with executive owners and cross-functional leaders to drive a rotating portfolio of high-impact initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguity and delivering measurable business outcomes. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and more to solve complex operational challenges, leveraging AI and scalable

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
Ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex problems and lead initiatives from strategy to execution.
Strong written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ownership of OMX's priority strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
Develop clear execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive complex programs from strategy through delivery.
Identify risks, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure programs stay on track with governance and rigor.
Create data-driven narratives and executive communications to drive alignment and accelerate progress.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and advance OMX priorities.
Observe operating patterns across OMX, propose AI/automation and scalable practices to increase capacity.
Promote continuous improvement, scalable governance, and faster, clearer execution.
