Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible experience in public or nonprofit community programs including data analysis and contract management.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts moderate to complex research and analysis for strategic planning, design and development, implementation, and appraisal of programs.
• Develops plans and processes for talent development, change management, and data-informed operations.
• Coordinates program activities, monitors schedules, and supports contract management and vendor relations.
• Writes grant applications, technical reports, and board presentations; oversees data sharing and program documentation.
• Represents the Housing Authority at meetings and coordinates logistics for events and engagements.
