Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role located in Oklahoma City, OK, or on the West Coast in Palmdale, CA or San Diego, CA. You will partner with program leadership to develop and maintain the integrated master plan and schedule in support of major defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in program planning or project mgmt or industrial engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Able to work a hybrid schedule in OKC, San Diego, or Palmdale
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensures major projects and program schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path conflicts.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other PM techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
