Responsibilities

• Oversee technical risk strategies and due diligence across a complex regional portfolio of data center developments.
• Drive program execution that directly impacts fleet capacity OKRs and orchestrate infrastructure deployment projects.
• Intervene in highly critical escalations and lead high‑stakes negotiations with external authorities, utility providers, and land developers.
• Identify systemic process breakdowns between acquisition, real estate, and construction.
• Identify blockers for data center construction and development, and lead cross‑functional efforts to durably resolve issues.
