Job summary

ALOM is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive strategic supply chain technology initiatives across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms. You will connect business needs with engineering execution to deliver compliant, high‑visibility operations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, AI/automation applicability, and robust program governance across multiple streams with executive stakeholder engagement. ALOM fosters development and diverse, inclusive teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations tech.
• 3+ years in program/project management.
• Hands-on ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS; all four preferred.
• Experience with AI/automation for process improvement.
• Lean/Six Sigma/BPR applied to real workflows.
• Proven multi-stakeholder program leadership.
• Bachelor's required; Master's a plus.
• Knowledge of EDI, API integrations, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop program charters, roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage risk, scope, and change across concurrent workstreams.
• Create clear business documentation for as‑is and to‑be processes.
• Analyze end-to-end order/warehouse workflows for optimization.
• Provide technical oversight across WMS/ERP integrations.
• Lead training and change management across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to meet timelines.
