Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Five years related experience to include three years program management.
• Experience managing scientific awards, faculty recognition programs, or similar initiatives.
• Strong research, analytical, data management, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high-volume deadlines and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize prestigious award opportunities aligned with institutional goals.
• Develop nomination strategies with faculty and leadership to maximize competitiveness.
• Manage timelines, workflows and stakeholder communications for the awards program.
• Coordinate activities supporting faculty recognition initiatives and committees.
• Build relationships with nominators, societies, and scientific leaders.
• Lead preparation and coordination of high-quality nominations and documents.
• Draft, edit, and refine nomination letters, biosketches, and citations.
• Ensure submissions meet eligibility, guidelines, and deadlines with quality.
• Develop reports and insights to support program evaluation and decisions.
