You will lead cross-functional reviews with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales; own high-value accounts, coordinate NPI transitions, tooling readiness, and production scheduling in a fast-paced aerospace/defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or supply chain field.
• 5+ years of progressive program/project management in precision manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing $1M+ customer portfolios through matrix leadership.
• Understanding of RF/microwave interconnects, MIL/AS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer program reviews, progress updates, forecast alignment, and schedule reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales.
• Drive NPI transitions and production readiness, ensuring on-time delivery.
