Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Project/Program Manager in a cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience leading programs/projects with a strong track record of execution.
• Experience with Government Contracts.
• DoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs/projects from quote to delivery, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Proposal, Quoting, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
• Create Statements of Work (SOW) and review customer contracts for terms applicability.
• Coordinate field installation and subcontractor work; manage documentation and reports.
• Oversee Change Orders and contract documentation through close-out.
• Lead design reviews and drive program management workflows and processes.
• Mentor and supervise program/project managers; travel 1-2 times per month as needed.
