Job summary

Keel is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to coordinate across assigned program platforms, monitor performance, and optimize value across projects. You will liaise with fabrication partners and leadership while tracking plans, timelines, risks, and milestones for reviews with senior management.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field and at least 5 years of program management experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
PMI CAPM or PMP/PgMP Certification preferred.
Proven leadership and excellent communication with customers and executive leadership.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project; SmartSheet and PowerBI experience beneficial.
Understanding of ERP systems; IFS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Liaison between Keel’s fabrication partner(s) and leadership.
Communicate with customers professionally and report to the Director of PMO.
Track and report program measurables, plans, timelines, risks, and milestones for reviews.
Report daily risks to the Director of PMO and flag potential interruptions affecting budgets or delivery.
Manage resources and scheduling for program implementation to ensure on-time delivery.
Detect, report, and resolve program issues timely and effectively.
Lead and provide direction to the Project Managers as needed.
