Job summary

Keel is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to coordinate performance across assigned program platforms, driving functional, technical, and profitable value for critical projects.

You will liaison with fabrication partners and Keel’s leadership, track metrics, risks, and milestones, and report to the Director of PMO. Travel between facilities is expected; strong communication and budget management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience in manufacturing/production setting.
• 3 years of relative experience or training in engineering, finance or manufacturing management.
• PMI CAPM or PMP/PgMP Certification preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor performance across assigned program platforms to maximize functional, technical, and profitable value.
• Liaise between fabrication partners and Keel’s leadership team.
• Communicate with customers professionally and report to the Director of PMO.
• Track and report program measurables, plans, risks, milestones, and budgets.
• Identify risks, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
• Lead and provide direction to Project Managers and support continuous improvement.
