Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • PMP or PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data center environments including space, power, cabling, fiber, and ethernet.
  • Experience managing large multi-site infrastructure deployments, scaling at least 1000 sites for external customers.
  • 10+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years leading large, complex, cross-functional IT or infrastructure programs in Professional Services or Managed Services environments.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams, manage executive stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes in matrixed environments.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multimillion-dollar programs.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, governance, risk management, and program planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate complex infrastructure programs into clear, concise narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Governance

  • Shape strategy, guide decision-making, and navigate change in ambiguous environments.
  • Implement governance structures based on program and stakeholder needs.
  • Manage program resourcing, ensuring alignment with priorities and operational needs.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Management

  • Build trusted relationships with sponsors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
  • Maintain regular communication with executives, providing transparency.
  • Use emotional intelligence to influence outcomes and resolve conflicts.

Program Planning & Execution

  • Lead deployment of NVIDIA solutions, including GPU, DGX/HGX systems, or NVIDIA servers.
  • Oversee hardware procurement, integration, testing, and readiness.
  • Manage virtual GPU solutions and NVIDIA support in various environments.
  • Serve as primary client liaison, owning communications and escalations.
  • Create program schedules, resource plans, and critical path analyses.
  • Apply structured problem-solving to maintain momentum.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.

Team Leadership, Coaching, and Development

  • Lead and develop project managers and coordinators.
  • Coordinate with engineering, IT, data science, and vendors.
  • Mentor and grow team talent and resilience.

Financial Management & Performance Reporting

  • Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  • Align financial performance with program goals.
  • Communicate financial status effectively.
  • Optimize resource allocation.

Monitoring, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish status tracking, risk monitoring, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Translate technical risks into business decisions.
  • Create executive dashboards and program health reports.
  • Lead QA and engagement reviews.
  • Deliver practical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Drive efficiency, value, and stakeholder engagement improvements.
  • Create runbooks, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
