Marshall University is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and day-to-day operations of clinical, research, and community health projects across multiple sites and external partners. You will oversee schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and reporting, translating approved plans into coordinated actions while clinical decisions remain with leads.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare administration or public health.
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in program management, healthcare operations, or clinical research.
Experience coordinating across multiple sites, partners, and disciplines.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage budgets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans with defined scope, milestones, and owners.
Coordinate activities across participating sites, departments, and external partners.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, and change processes; ensure safety and quality.
Monitor progress and prepare reports for leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Support onboarding, training, and workload planning for project staff.
