The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Public Health is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Research Support to oversee multiple clinical research projects in Miami, FL, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and regulatory standards.

You will manage study teams, develop detailed plans, monitor progress against milestones, prepare status reports, and ensure quality control and data integrity across trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research.
• Professional Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal regulations governing clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple related projects to align with institutional objectives.
• Prepares reports on project status and activities.
• Establishes practices, policies, and partnerships to carry out functions.
• Prepares estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Monitors staff performance and completes performance reviews.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and quality across trials.
• Coordinates communication among study team members and sites.
