Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager in Charleston, SC to lead project management, configuration management, QA, procurement, and systems engineering for complex software and systems development initiatives.

You will collaborate with government leadership, technical teams, product leads, and external partners to manage the full lifecycle, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with FAR and DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, MIS, or Business.
• PM certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management.
