Job summary

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Potomac River Test Range contract in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's Test & Evaluation Division. The Program Manager, Assistant will lead technical and managerial efforts in Dahlgren, VA, partnering with the leadership team to guide program execution.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with a DoD/Navy background, strong communication, and the ability to manage personnel, budgets, and contracts to meet

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable technical/management discipline is required.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical/management related to the research, development, testing, evaluation, and/or operations of major combat weapon systems.
Minimum of 6 years applicable program/project management and organizational leadership/supervisory experience.
U.S. Citizen. Security Clearance Required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Duties include personnel mgmt. and recruiting.
Contract management and compliance, contract reporting/documentation development and delivery on schedule.
Implementation of program controls, financial tracking and management to budget.
Customer relations and strategic business development.
Position will be a critical contributor to the ASRI Leadership Team.
