Job summary

You will partner with product, technology, analytics, and business leaders to define strategy, governance, and success metrics while ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create program strategy and integrated plans in ambiguous environments.
• Experience shaping governance structures and executive decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead major programs spanning multiple business areas, products, regions, and functions.
• Define strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery plans with sponsors and owners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, constraints, and change impacts with mitigation plans.
• Provide concise, executive communications to stakeholders and teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and delivery professionals in best practices.
• Use approved AI and automation tools to improve planning, risk identification, and delivery.
• Ensure governance and accountability for information quality and integrity.
• Support benefits realization and value delivery across programs.
