Lead planning, governance, and execution of strategic business programs. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. Manage programs from concept through benefits realization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Establish clear scope, milestones, and communications to ensure timely delivery within budget. Focus on strategic program leadership, operational execution, and organizational change. Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making processes. Ensure business outcomes are delivered on schedule and aligned with objectives.
