Job summary

ProCleared LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the program lifecycle. You will maintain the IMS and prepare acquisition documentation such as SOWs, PWS, IGCEs, and market research.

You will participate in PMRs, document key meetings, and review contractor deliverables to ensure compliance with SOW requirements. A TS/SCI clearance and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Demonstrated program management experience tracking cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Acquisition lifecycle experience and development of SOWs, PWS, IGCEs.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Confluence; Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the program lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and report progress.
• Prepare SOWs, PWS, market research, and IGCEs for acquisition.
• Support PMRs and meetings, and review contractor deliverables against SOW.
