• Experience with external Payment Integrity vendors and contracts.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to influence and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical problem-solver with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly invoice/payment reconciliation and vendor reimbursement metrics.
• Advocate for change and drive innovative solutions aligned to CVS Health strategy.
• Manage multiple complex projects from ideation to implementation across functions.
• Plan, facilitate, analyze, and guide to ensure expected business benefit.
• Participate in all phases of program management from discovery to deployment.
• Define and document business requirements to meet stakeholder objectives.
• Proactively manage issues, risks, and escalation to keep projects on track.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable improvements.
• Communicate status, next steps, and progress to impacted parties.
• Develop presentations with partners on capabilities and performance.
