Job summary
Credence, a private defense and healthcare solutions provider, seeks a Program/Budget Analyst - PNT at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will drive annual spend plans, monitor obligations and expenditures, and participate in budget reviews and POM development.
The role requires DoD security clearance, a 10+ year background in defense budgeting, and proficiency with PPBE processes. You will collaborate with project teams and staff to develop cost estimates, acquisition documentation, and program
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance required or eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in business/finance/engineering or related field with 10+ years in defense budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of PPBE processes and DoD budgeting rules.
Responsibilities
- Formulate, justify, present, and execute annual program spend plans.
- Monitor RDT&E and Procurement obligations and expenditures (MUST).
- Participate in monthly, mid-year and year-end budget reviews.
- Support program/product meetings and POM development.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation and guidance.
- Develop and justify APBBs, P-forms, R-forms, RFIs responses.
- Collaborate with staff to align objectives with schedules and cost estimates.
