A prominent defense contractor is seeking a Program Analyst to support Army clients in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Program Analyst experience in DoD.
• Active and transferrable DoD security clearance at the SECRET level.
• Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop program budget and reports.
• Assist with the development of Program Objective Memorandum submissions.
• Manage planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation activities.
