Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions in Arlington, VA is seeking a Sr. Program Analyst to lead planning, execution, and evaluation of complex initiatives, acting as a data-driven strategist for policy and performance. You will analyze metrics, manage schedules and budgets, and brief senior leadership.

The role requires 15+ years of federal/state/private sector experience, a TS clearance or ability to obtain one, and strong communication, analytical, and liaison skills with DoD and government partners.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of federal, state, or private sector work experience focused on policy, analytics, and program management.
• Experience advising senior leadership and interfacing with DoD, state, and local agencies is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and conduct research.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of complex initiatives with a data-driven approach.
• Mentor staff, brief senior leadership, and provide executive-level reports and briefs.
• Oversee budgets and schedules, assess risks, and develop policies and best practices.
