Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years of related administrative, program support, operations, finance, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; Oracle and SC360 experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, program leadership, U.S. Army customers, government personnel, vendors, and dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs and provide ongoing analytics and specialized financial support.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, auditing and analysis tasks.
• Conduct administrative and analytical tasks in support of the contract.
• Assist the PMO with data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Contribute to ad-hoc/special projects and other duties as assigned.
