Qualifications

• Conducted detailed project and asset unitization analyses for capital and reimbursable projects to monitor scope, schedule, budget, and forecasts.
• Utilized capital assets in a timely and accurate manner to maintain compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project and program managers to document changes in project scope, cost, and schedule affecting project and budget execution.
• Coordinate and/or lead teams to establish systems for program forecasting and project reporting.
• Gather, extract, review, and report costs compared against estimates for projects in capital programs, PFIA, Lease Financed, Customer Funded and expense reimbursable programs.
• Conduct analyses of functions and work processes of broad technical programs; monitor lifecycle risks and make improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate review and resolution of discrepancies between estimates and actuals with planning, project management, engineering, regions, supply chain, construction and realty; support capital expenditures data analysis.
