• Serves as the business systems guru and the single point of coordination for the department.
• Supports the acquisition process from initiation to invoicing.
• Trains staff on processes and how to use business systems.
• Manages deadlines and tracks activities.
• Fosters collaborations between all stakeholders.
• Applies best practices and researches solutions to stakeholders' problems.
• Manages the day-to-day activities associated with policies, private equity funding, and legal matters.
• Utilizes Smartsheet, Tableau, and Prism to analyze and report.
