Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in project management
• Experience using Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power BI), Tableau, and Jira desired

Responsibilities

• Provides project management support to FAA AST.
• Manages project files, workload data, stakeholder correspondence, and schedules for AST’s Office of Operational Safety.
• Coordinates meetings and captures notes.
• Tracks and manages operational and workload data.
• Prepares data, reports, evaluations, and analyses on recurring basis and in response to requests from FAA and external stakeholders.
• Conducts research and analyses and develops recommendations regarding policy or operational issues.
