Job summary

My CNH Reman is seeking a Scheduler to establish weekly and monthly production schedules, ensuring material availability and product conformance to customer orders and delivery requirements. The role reports across Supply Chain and Production to maintain OSHA standards and quality expectations.

Essential duties include maintaining labor hour budgets, coordinating with Purchasing, and supporting Open Book Management initiatives. Full-time position based in Springfield, MO.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in business or technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience in scheduling/production required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedule based on master production schedule.
• Partner with Purchasing to expedite and track parts availability.
• Create contingency plans for variances due to fallout or shortages.
• Set inventory levels to support production and maintain inventory turns.
• Coordinate with departments to confirm availability of finished goods materials.
