Qualifications

• 1–3 years planning experience in a discrete manufacturing environment.

• Experience with Power BI preferred; intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of ERP for material planning and scheduling; SAP strongly preferred.
• LEAN manufacturing concepts; strong problem-solving skills; Six Sigma a plus.
• Self-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage the master production schedule, work orders, production records using the ERP system.
• Monitor production flow, capacity, material availability to prioritize work and support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with customer service, operations, procurement, quality, engineering, sales, and production teams to communicate schedules and resolve constraints.
• Execute system transactions related to material receipt, storage, transfer, inventory tracking, and production order management.
