Job summary

Baker Hughes in Texas seeks a Manufacturing Professional - Production Planning & Scheduling to drive production planning, scheduling, and inventory optimization.

You will lead weekly production meetings, manage master production planning, coordinate materials, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to align plans with business goals and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years manufacturing experience as alternative
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of material planning and inventory management
• Experience with cross-functional teams in manufacturing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Leadership and initiative with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly production meetings to review schedules and performance.
• Manage master production planning to support manufacturing needs.

• Prepare and update production schedules.
• Support purchasing requirements and material availability.
• Ensure alignment with KPIs and production plans.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements.
