This role collaborates closely with Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to align production plans with business objectives, improve operational performance, and deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.

As a Manufacturing Professional - Production Planning & Scheduling, you will be responsible for:

• Leading weekly production meetings to review schedules, priorities, and operational performance.
• Managing master production planning activities to support manufacturing requirements and customer demand.
• Coordinating material processes and systems to ensure efficient production flow.
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating production schedules based on business and operational needs.
• Managing purchasing requirements and supporting material availability for production activities.
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitoring manufacturing performance and implementing actions to meet production targets.
• Optimizing inventory levels while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, and other supporting functions to ensure effective information sharing and operational alignment.
• Handling routine manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with operational standards and business requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve planning accuracy, inventory management, and manufacturing efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience as an alternative qualification.
• Have experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or supply chain‑related activities.
• Have knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Have experience working with cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
