Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations management, production planning/scheduling, and ERP software preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Visio & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, 365 or equivalent ERP solution preferred.
• Capable of handling multiple assignments with minimum supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate end-to-end supply chain requirements and scheduling.
• Coordinate material and ERP issues to meet delivery dates.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules to meet shipping dates.
• Lead meetings to address manufacturing issues and document actions.
• Coordinate with departments to track status of projects and adjust schedules as needed.
• Expedite operations to meet deadlines and improve on-time delivery.
