Job summary

Entegris in North Carolina is seeking a Production Planner to join our Centralized Planning team. The role requires knowledge of production planning and scheduling methods and the ability to follow established procedures while seeking input on non-routine issues.

You will review material and capacity, align work orders to dates, coordinate with scheduling and purchasing, and communicate delays to the customer service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Team oriented and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience using MS Excel and data mining

Responsibilities

• Review material and capacity availability and align work orders to appropriate dates to establish a production schedule.
• Coordinate with scheduling and buying teams to address material constraints.
• Coordinate with master scheduling to manage lead time and capacity constraints.
• Communicate delays to the customer service team via internal notification tools.
• Follow all planning policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
