Job summary

You will resolve day-to-day issues, partner with supervisors, provide program updates to management, and drive continuous improvement, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Must be a highly analytical thinker and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Resolve day-to-day issues within Production Control and with other departments.
• Confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
• Provide updates on all programs to Management and report any issues that may impact production schedule.
• Continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Place purchase requests for non-inventory materials.
• Create Manufacturing Orders and monitor shortages.
• Provide buy item focus list for daily standup meetings.
• Work with Purchasing to ensure parts are ordered and arrive on time.
• Perform other duties as directed.
