Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out planning and coordination of production schedules.
• Plan production start-up dates by materials availability or customer due dates.
• Determine products to be built and machines/lines to be used.
• Read and understand job orders and inventory reports.
• Review schedules and workflows to ensure timely deliveries.
• Pre-organize production materials before start of production.
• Coordinate and develop production plans with management.
• Create efficient scheduling processes to attain production goals.
• Place orders for production materials to avoid shortages.
• Generate production reports for key decisions.
• Review routine checks and maintenance of production equipment to avoid shutdowns.
• Solve material shortage problems promptly.
• Handle production issues without delaying production or delivery.
