PurposeBuilt Brands in Manchester, TN is hiring a Production Control Manager to lead scheduling and manufacturing execution, ensuring material availability and uninterrupted production. You’ll partner with procurement, planning, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in a materials/supply chain leadership capacity with CPG experience, RCCA skills, and strong ERP/Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Materials/Supply Chain leadership role with cross-functional exposure.
• CPG experience is a must.
• Continuous Improvement experience a plus (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
• Ability to resolve manufacturing issues using RCCA methodologies.
• ERP experience, Syspro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods to move materials efficiently while meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor supply chain metrics and implement strategies to optimize plant and product line performance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans aligned with operational strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
• Build cross-functional relationships with internal teams.
• Manage schedules, material availability, and inventory accuracy.
