Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Product Owner to partner with the business to design, deliver, and support the digital products driving procurement and supply chain operations. The role focuses on supply and capacity planning and staffing during the integration and transition period.

The Product Owner will support the current platform (o9 or Coupa) while the internal team builds a new product, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure value and continuity.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of decision-making processes and tools.
• Experience identifying business needs and delivering value.
• Experience managing software problems in installed products.
• Knowledge of software product business and installation base management.
• Experience managing software change requests from customers and internal staff.
• Ability to transmit and receive information effectively in varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Product Owner support for the current platform (o9 or Coupa).
• Coordinate staffing strategy to maintain continuity during integration and transition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, testing teams, and business analysis to deliver solutions.
• Assist in documenting business cases and requirements to justify time and resources.
• Participate in improving sales processes and expanding opportunities.
