Job summary

NAI Global is seeking a Product Owner in Modesto, CA. You will own high-leverage operational work, drive weekly performance summaries, and guide strategic planning across business units.

This role requires on-site collaboration, deep P&L ownership, and strong data storytelling using Figma data to inform executives before they read their coffee. You will influence goals, report to senior leadership, and ensure growth with a hybrid work model in Modesto, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years leading end-to-end business projects.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable executive storytelling.
• Strong collaboration across distributed teams and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly performance summaries to keep leadership informed.
• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across NAI Global business units.
• Own the P&L for the business and report performance to senior leadership.
• Knit together the Modesto, CA P&L from pieces three teams own separately.
• Turn messy Figma data into a concise one-page story executives read before coffee.
