Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Strategy and Operations Lead to shape how K&I Compute resources are allocated and governed. You will drive a multi-year demand strategy, manage compute allocation, and run the cadence that informs high-stakes product launches and capital decisions.

This role requires translating long-term goals into actionable prioritization, influencing across technical and business teams, and delivering executive-ready communications with strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in strategy, PS&O, or related fields.
• Experience developing multi-year business or product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Help build demand models for TPU and refine modeling frameworks.
• Deep-dive into TPU utilization, growth and seasonal traffic patterns.
• Turn data into insights to support decision making and tradeoffs.
• Prepare briefs and narratives for executive syncs with data-driven justifications.
• Coordinate across K&I product areas to align plans and allocate capacity.
