ADM is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Colors from Nature in North America, based in Erlanger, KY (onsite). The role leads marketing strategy and execution, partnering with commercial, technical, and insights teams to grow the Colors from Nature portfolio across food, beverage, health & wellness, and animal nutrition segments.

The position focuses on product positioning, go-to-market planning, and campaign development, delivering measurable business impact and strong brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product marketing, brand management, or related marketing experience.
• Experience in food, beverage, ingredients, nutrition, or related industry.
• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization activities, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple business functions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration for the Colors from Nature portfolio.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Colors portfolio and provide market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities to support business decisions.
• Lead the annual North America marketing plan, including campaigns, content, paid media, and measurement.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs to evaluate marketing effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Support commercialization with GTM strategies, launch plans, positioning, and messaging.
• Collaborate with global branding, communications, and design to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Develop sales enablement materials: presentations, product sheets, sell sheets, and event assets.
• Partner with Product Development, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to influence innovation strategy.
• Represent ADM and Colors from Nature at industry events and customer engagements.
