Responsibilities

• Shape the Visual Future: own end-to-end strategy, lifecycle, and market growth of colors & coatings portfolio.
• Fuel Revenue & Profit: own P&L, revenue, and profitability targets to expand market footprint.
• Spot the Next Big Trend: translate market intelligence and consumer behavior into product breakthroughs.
• Partner with Sales & R&D: bridge between technical innovation and commercial success with compelling value props.
• Command the Stage: deliver product stories and technical presentations to key client accounts.
• Launch Market Movements: collaborate with marketing to build campaigns, training tools, and collateral.
