Responsibilities

• Define and own product outcomes, driving alignment across engineering and stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements to the business
• Determine scope of work for large strategic initiatives, clarifying needs, writing user stories, and coordinating with teams
• Engage with Dev to identify the best strategic implementation to meet goals for new areas of the application
• Coordinate with Customer Success and development team to address client support needs
• Enable Customer Success by managing release plans, training sessions, and client-facing materials
